Platform role
InventorySwitch is a discovery and lead-generation platform. We do not own, inspect, warehouse, ship, insure or sell any listed material, and we are not a party to any transaction between a buyer and a seller.
Seller responsibilities
Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of listings, including quantity, condition, dimensions, SKU, pricing and warehouse location, and for their legal right to sell the listed material. Listings that are inaccurate, misleading, duplicated or outside the commercial construction category may be rejected or removed.
Buyer responsibilities
Buyers must independently verify material condition, quantity, specifications and suitability before purchase. Inquiry submissions must use accurate contact information and may not be used for solicitation or spam.
Listing lifespan
Published listings remain live for 365 days unless renewed, archived or removed sooner. Expired listings stop appearing in search results automatically.
Fees
InventorySwitch charges no transaction fees and no commissions on sales arranged between buyers and sellers. Any future subscription pricing will be communicated in advance.
Limitation of liability
The platform is provided on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, InventorySwitch is not liable for losses arising from listings, inquiries, transactions, material defects or disputes between users.
Account termination
We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms, misrepresent inventory or misuse buyer or seller contact information.
