Commercial construction runs on precision ordering — and precision ordering produces surplus. Cancelled projects, over-ordered materials, discontinued lines and warehouse consolidations leave manufacturers, suppliers, distributors and contractors holding perfectly usable material with nowhere efficient to sell it.

Most of that material eventually gets written off. Meanwhile, other contractors are hunting the exact same SKUs — often paying premiums for discontinued or long-lead items.

InventorySwitch exists to close that gap. We give sellers a simple place to expose idle inventory to a national audience of commercial buyers, and we give buyers a focused, searchable index of real, in-warehouse material. We never own the inventory, never handle the transaction and never take a commission.
