Information we collect
Account details (name, email, company), seller company and warehouse information, listing content you publish, and buyer inquiry details submitted through listing forms. We also record anonymous usage analytics such as searches, listing views and page visits.
How we use information
To operate the marketplace: publishing listings, routing buyer inquiries to the correct seller, reviewing listings for accuracy, sending renewal and lead notifications, and improving search relevance.
What we share
Listing content, seller company name and warehouse city/state are public. Seller contact details (email, phone, street address) are private and released only when you choose to respond to a buyer inquiry. Buyer inquiry details are shared with the seller of the listing in question and with our administrators.
Data retention
Listings expire automatically 365 days after publication and may be archived by the seller at any time. Buyer leads are retained so sellers can revisit historical demand. You may request deletion of your account and associated records at any time.
Security
Access to data is enforced with row-level database policies so sellers can only read their own company records and leads, and administrators are the only accounts with platform-wide access.
